Nonverbal Learning Disorder?

THE SOCIAL MOMENT

It only takes a <social> moment to understand many things about people in your work and social life, for example:

It only takes a moment to…

…know if you want to hang with a person

…know if you are well matched with a team

…know if you are the right hire for the job…

…know if you want someone on your team

…know if you are a powerhouse or powerless

…know if someone likes you

…know if you are open or rigid

…know if you are empathetic

…know if you are a ‘team player’

…know if you are manageable

…know if you are sincere

…know if you are fun to “hang” with

…know if you’ll have my back

…know if you are earnest/honest

…know if you are going to be difficult

…know if you need to be ‘managed’

…know if you are high or low on EQ

…know if you have a good disposition or not

…know if you are in a good or grumpy mood

…know if it’s a good time

Learn the languages of social intelligence:
  • Establish relationships that are successful (work or social) with evidenced-based, proven strategies  (money back guarantee.)
  • Developing a 6th sense: understanding the neuroscience and importance of nonverbal effectiveness (did you know that 50-80% of our communication is NOT with words?)
  • Change the perception that people have of you with proven strategies.
  • Understand how to read nonverbal cues and communication at work and social.
  • Learn how to be effective in team meetings with enhanced inferring and the "just right reciprocity."
  • Establish rapport, and even connections with an ANYONE (even if you think you have nothing in common.)
  • Learn therapeutic-evidence-based skills to develop empathy.
  • Identify a 'fact moment' or an 'emotional moment.'
  • Learn how to infer and use social deductive reasoning.
  • Use your nonverbal body language, facial expressions & gestures in effective ways.
  • Join the "Flex Boot Camp" challenge--understand the absolute necessities and how to navigate them regarding flexibility.
  • How to read the 'mood' of a team meeting or a social situation and respond accordingly.
  • Learn to be an entertaining presenter.
  • Manage the difficult boss in a way that works for both of you.
  • Use proven tactics to be a better small talk conversationalist.
  • Learn why being straightforward or 'honest' about your input may not always be successful.
  • Learn when a 'social fake' is important to achieve positive end results without being disingenuous.
  • Learn to use your paralinguistic characteristics (intonation, prosody, cadence, tone, nonverbal communication) to enhance your presence in any social or work situation.
  • Learn how to effectively give the other person what they need (work or social.)
  • Acquire problem solving/conflict resolution skills for work and social.
  • Develop 'fix it' tools--when you've made a blunder -- you can repair it.
